These Terms cover the websites, live streams and software operated by Vibentia Media (“we”, “us”), including Vibentia, SubGalaxy and LyricCanvas.
1. Internal software
Our applications are internal tools used only by our team to publish content, run live broadcasts and moderate live chats on our own YouTube channels. They are not available for public sign-up or installation.
2. Content
We publish our own original music and videos, and third-party works only where the rights holder’s rules allow it, always with credit.
3. Live chats
To keep our community safe we remove spam, scam links, harassment and anything that breaks our rules or YouTube’s policies.
4. YouTube API Services
Our software uses YouTube API Services and complies with the YouTube API Services Terms of Service. Your use of YouTube is subject to the YouTube Terms of Service.
5. No warranty
Streams and services are provided “as is”, without a guarantee of uninterrupted availability.
